Deborah Carew On Sat the 22nd of Septmber

This enigmatic, London vocalist has been involved in a few projects over the last few years, ranging from a Jazz quartet playing contemporary arrangements of standards and pop classics, and gracing such venues as PizzaLive Soho Dean Street, and the Pheasantry in Chelsea. Along with an early jazz trio performing around the UK. Deborah also pens here own songs and compositions which she recently performed at Theatre Royal Stratford East’s Global Folk – a new acoustic songwriter night.

Deborah will be performing with a long time accompanist and great talent, John Crawford on keyboard.

Gin Tasting On The 27th Septmber

Join us for an evening of gin tasting.

The evening will start with a Gin & Tonic on arrival followed by a complete guide through 4 gins and 1 genever ( the forefather of gin) with a sample of each for you to taste. There will be information on how the gins are produced, the history behind the brands and a Q & A session to answer any other questions you may have.

INEZA KERSCHKAMP On Sat the 29th of Sept

Ineza is a Rwandan born Belgian Jazz singer based in London.

Throughout her career she has performed in prestigious London venues such as Spice of Life, Vortex Jazz Club and Ronnie Scotts Jazz Club. Besides singing jazz she’s a composer and songwriter. Her music is an intriguing mix of neo soul and contemporary jazz.

Ineza is known for her warm powerful voice and she’s recognised as a rising talent on the London Jazz scene.

Miss Smith Jazz on Sat 06th of october

Sylvia is an incredibly versatile improviser with a mesmerising tone, precise pitch and a cracking time feel. Her song interpretations are wonderfully lyrical and imaginative.

Sylvia has joined a multitude of projects in styles such as jazz, swing, jive, gypsy, folk and latin; as well as written and performed her orignial music. She is the lead-singer of the Between The Lines Jazz Band and She fronts and writes for the contemporary jazz band Esquivo

For four Saturdays, starting September 29, chef Jenny Greenhalgh will bring her incredible food to Honor Oak.

Featuring a menu that pays homage to the American South, Jenny’s food fuses flavours and inspiration from all over.

With 20 years’ experience in everything from Michelin starred restaurants such as St John, teaching for Jamie Oliver, or being barbecue legend Brad McDonald’s R&D sidekick with her unparalleled knowledge of Southern US food and culture, these nights are going to be brilliant.
