“We wanted to signify our concept of a Cafe Bar bringing together the coffee teaspoon of the daytime with the cocktail mixing spoon of the evening to create the Two Spoons’ logo.”
Having begun his career as a boy in Italy working for the family business, Luca developed his hospitality skills around Hotels, Restaurants and Cocktail Bars before finally settling in South London. Luca brought 20 years of experience with him when he co-founded Two Spoons in Honor Oak, where he is now a proud independent business owner. With a passion for food and drinks, Luca has a keen eye for detail and an even keener ear for the perfect jazz playlist.
Business owner, chef and hostess with the mostess; Rosemary’s career in the hospitality sector began to bloom as a student, eventually working her way up through the ranks to co-founding Two Spoons in 2016. Rosy’s passion for quality food flourishes at its best in the kitchen, as well as leading a tight-knit team that shares her penchant for great hospitality.
